across the universe a jazz tribute to the beatles

I BeatlesThe Beatles were my very first musical love. I was only eight years old when, listening to the records my father kept at home, I decided to pick up the guitar. Since then, their music has never stopped inspiring me: simple yet magical melodies, capable of touching the heart.

With this trio, I wanted to return to those roots, but through the language I have chosen as my own: jazz. I’ve reimagined some of their most iconic songs in a new light—full of improvisation and freedom—yet always faithful to their essence. The melody remains, clear and recognizable, a guiding thread that leads us through a sonic journey both familiar and new.

Blackbird, Dear Prudence, Can't Buy Me Love, She's Leaving Home…each song becomes a world to explore, suspended between the memory of what has been and the discovery of new musical possibilities.

The trio is completed by the two travel companions Massimiliano Rolff on the double bass e Rodolfo Cervetto to the battery

"Across the Universe” is my way of thanking the Beatles for lighting the spark that brought me here.
