Express technique

• Sometimes it happens to arrive in the evening and I no longer have the concentration to study, and in these cases rather than doing nothing I take the guitar and move my fingers while watching a movie. In this way I can exercise my fingers making them more elastic and faster while not working on the music and therefore without any mental effort.

There are 15 lessons with a total of over 83 minutes of videos, each with individual exercises of all kinds, from the simplest to the difficult ones. From this package of exercises that I practice regularly, I can draw many technical advantages even when concentration and time are not on your side.
